The following are examples of events we have managed for clients:
Workplace Comfort Forum– series of events for architects and designers concerned with creating a productive and energy-efficient working environment. Events included conferences, seminars, exhibitions and visits.
Events for the Sira Group – seminars and roadshows on measurement and control topics such as fieldbus technology, gas monitoring and flow measurement.
Events for Government Departments – organisation of the Faraday Showcase for the DTI involving technological exhibition, seminars, workshops and formal dinner.
Events for Charities – five day conference and exhibition for the charity ‘Children with Leukaemia’ on the causes of childhood leukaemia.
Events for Remade South East – Abacus has organised two major events for Remade involving workshops and exhibitions concerned with recycling and waste minimisation.
Events for Evaluation International – Abacus manages Evaluation International (EI) and organises events such as Board Meetings, technical seminars, technical panel meetings and liaison meetings with sister organisations in France and The Netherlands.
Events for the British Measurement & Testing Association – The Abacus Senior Partner, Peter Russell is a director of BMTA and also its company secretary. Abacus organises about six events per year for BMTA mainly seminars and workshops of interest to laboratory managers.
